The Fairfield Community Coordinating Council was
formed in 1996 by the merger of the Fairfield County Health and
Human Services Coordinating Council and the Fairfield County
Interagency Council. In January, 2015 Fairfield County Health
Partners merged with the Fairfield Community Coordinating
Meetings are held monthly on the first Wednesday
at 2:00 p.m. at the Fairfield Memorial Hospital Conference Room.
Membership is open to any agency or individual interested in the
