The Fairfield
Community Coordinating Council was formed in 1996 by the merger of
the Fairfield County Health and Human Services Coordinating
Council and the Fairfield County Interagency Council.
Meetings are
held monthly on the second Wednesday at 11:30 a.m. at the
Fairfield Memorial Hospital Conference Room. Membership is open to
any agency or individual interested in the goals of the

Mission
Local
solutions to local problems.
Purpose
Promote
collaboration among the membership and the civic community.
Enhance
the exchange of information and ideas on health and human services
programs.
Identify
needed services and heighten awareness and accessibility of those
services.
Increase
awareness of legislation, policies, and procedures that affect
service delivery to the community.
Solicit,
allocate, and coordinate program funding for service delivery.
